I just bought a M&P9c(my 1st 9mm) looking for opinions on ammo.
target ammo
home defense
self defense
i also see that there is alot of different lengths of 9mm brass, what sizes can be used in the 9c?
thank you
Eric

What size? 9x19=luger=parabellum

target ammo? Whatever cheap ammo you can find. The 9c is pretty good with a variety of manufacturers.

Home/self defense? My opinion...There is no 'right' answer, just alot of preferences.

My only recommendation is to practice with the same grain that you use for defense. (ie: I target practice with a 124 grain full metal jacket and I carry a 124 grain hollow point)

My 9c will shoot anything I feed it for target practice, for HD I like to use Hornaday if LGS has it but like Gatekeeper said there is no right answer

But there are quite a few wrong answers, and a bunch of those have a big red H on the box.
