Helllooo to everyone! This has got to be one of the most informative and useful forums i've come across in a long time.
In any case, i'm mostly a longgun shooter, and am not really that big into pistols. I generally only own one pistol at a time, and have gone through the following pistols to get where I am now(in order of appearance):
Tanfoglio TZ75(traded)
Taurus PT24/7(sold)
CAI Import 1911(sold)
Glock 17(3rd gen)(traded)
Springfield XD9
Kimber Custom Stainless II(traded)
Glock 21(Outgoing)
S&W M&P9 (Incoming)
This will be my first S&W handgun. Truthfully, i'd heard horror stories about the Sigma, and that kind of initially scared me away from the M&P, until I held it of course. Read some reviews, nothing but praise for it (and the Glockers hate it, so if they're afraid of it, it can't be that bad), so I decided to take the plunge and get a 9mm.
