Anyone put an ambi safety in their M&P? I'm looking for one with a quality finish and flawless function, midwayusa sells one but its a heap. any ideas?
I "think" Brownells sells the DMPS version. I have use theirs - Safe / Semi - in my work ARs and my last .mil unit bought select-fire ambis for all of us lefties. Neither were beautiful, but both are etremely functional.
As a lefty, my belief is they are a must. I understand that others have different views.
I should explain myself, after shooting for 20 years in the Army LEFT HANDED I purchased a ambi safety for my MP15A. I guess it is simply muscle memory, but I hardly even use it but I can see why someone would want one if they are not familiar with their weapon system.
Again, IMHO you dont need it, spend the money else where...
