It's a keeper! First four shots using WWB hardball 40 cal. at 7 yards. Never had shot the gun before! Can't wait to get a compact! Never shot a M&P until today! I love the grip! So much better than my Glock (and that's even with a grip reduction job!). The grip you take with it in holster is same you bring up to the target. No "Monkey Gripping!" Also love the trigger! No little "tit" sticking out that you got to make sure you have compressed. Just point and shoot!

Oh, forgot to mention! It's a used M&P with no problems to previous owner who put about 400 rounds through it. Today, I shot over 200 rounds of various type brands through it and not one, listen here, not one FTE or FTF! You hear that Taurus?! I'm tickeled!

I am currently at 1150 rounds out of my duty MP40 with zero malfunctions of any kind. During a few of our transition classes, I recorded we had fired approx 8000 rounds in 2 days over 17-18 MP guns with no one having any malfunction of any kind.

I have put 2700rds through mine.. I have only had 1 FTF.. And it was due to a dirty clip.. I am stickler for cleaning my guns.. But I forget about the clips sometimes. LOL I guess I am just getting old..

I am glad you are enjoy shooting the M&P... Since I have owned mine, I have pretty much taken it to the range every time.. I love shooting it..
