I figured I would wait until I actually had my gun in hand before formally introducing myself. This was my first gun purchase, M&P .40, and I love it. This forum as well as S&W's customer service reputation pushed me towards the M&P, and renting one at the range sealed the deal. I grew up shooting .22 long rifles, but pistols are a fairly new world to me, so lots of noob questions to follow. Thanks for having this place!

Dark- I just relocated from Santa Maria to Santa Barbara. I was born and raised up there (Santa Maria) but got tired of commuting almost 4 hours a day for work, so I made the move.

I see, ive lived in the bay area most of my life, san diego when i was in the marines, sacramento for school, and recently moved to olsom.. anyways welcome again are you getting night sights with yours?
