I just cleaned my mp9 after yesterday's trip to the range and noticed that the rear of the locking block (right above the trigger spring) looks pretty rough, and has a very slight bow in the center(facing down). Can somebody else take a look at theirs and see if it's the same??

I tried to take a picture, but i'm an even worse photographer than marksman. I don't know if this affects the functioning of the pistol, but just seemed odd to see something that wasn't finished smoothly.

I hope my terminology is correct, if not i can try to post my crappy pictures to pinpoint what i'm talking about.

Thanks for the help.

My MP.45 is on the way back to the factory. The leading edge of he locking block is now catching the bottom of the feed ramp portion of the barrel and won't let the slide assembly back on after cleaning. Less than 500 rounds have been fired. The block seems small for the job at hand.
