The only thing that I dont care for on my M&P is the wavy serrations on the slide. I want to take off the shark serrations and just have straight lines left. Anyone tried this? Seems easy enough... Post me up some pics of straight serration porn!

I really like the wavy serrations. To me it looks like the gun came from the S&W Performance Center. Look at the "Larger View" of this gun.

I agree with you here ront. I just wasnt going to start anything over it.....lol But on my 1911 I do like the straight lines, but wouldnt mind a few waves on my slide either? I even like the Kimber Raptors design on there slide......I am just about as open minded as the next!!!! It just wouldnt be an M&P without the Waves!!!!

Yeah, I like to be different, and not to start anything but I think the waves are a bit feminine (or other words). I think it would look cooler with straight serrations and apparently I'm all alone on this one which is a very familiar feeling for me. I'm cool with that. So no one's tried it, I'll post pics once I get enough money to have mine refinished after I straighten out the waves.

That being said I did not buy my M&P because I liked the way it looked, I bought it because of the way it felt....

exotic, fabulous, whatever you want to call it. JUST JOKING! I like the big serrations like Para does now. I do not know if I could get those on the M&P.

I have a lot of other things I will be doing before this happens. Things like buying more M&P's and some TFO's for my compact if they ever come out.
