Steve's definitely a good guy and great to do business with. He built the upper on my AR considting of a RRA barrel cut to 11.5" and precision threaded 1/2x28 for suppressors. Put it on my MEGA upper with LaRue handguards, and VLTOR lowpro gas block... couldn't ask for a better/tighter more accurate upper.
