I always carry my regular trigger from my original DPMS parts kit (I have an RRA stg 2 trigger in my gun right now), the original buffer I got (I have an Enidine AR-restor in it), and some spare stuff.
As far as recommendation... what are you afraid of happening?
Yea, I was just wondering, because, like the name, the lower parts kits offer everything you need to build a lower reciever, from a stripped reciever... so it has a lot of very small parts (like detents and the springs) that could be lost and might not be needed... so I was going to recommend just getting the pieces you might break or feel like you may need. Usually you can get those at local gun shows and stores that have AR-15 stuff on sale.
That is a very nice kit... has a lot in it and I think i'm even going to buy... especially since it has the back up firing pin and what not... very nice and comprehensive with good savings over buying the pin + a lpk.
