...the higher capacity models? Is the difference totally the magazine or is the grip actually only able to hold a 10-round magazine?



I.e. if I bought a 10-rounder, could I just buy a higher capacity magazine and use it or is there something physically different with the pistol?



Not that I'm going to buy one, I have my M&P40 with the 15 round magazines, but I was just curious.

The only difference is the magazine, a pistol that comes with the 10 round magazine will function with a 17 round magazine, and vice versa.

i believe theres a buffer in the mag from stopping you feeding it more than 10 rds.

Im a cali person so i have the 10 rd mags..

i have 15 round mags that work fine.. you can get form speedshooters with no problemo. they wil ship anywhere!
