I dont know if I am an idiot or what. But I have tried resizing a picture to use as my new avatar using picasa, shuterfly and photobucket and just cannot figure it out? Its at 13kb's and needs to be at 6kb's...



If anyone can help feel free to do so, I have given up :roll:

You were probably setting up as a jpeg, and it would need to be a .gif.



You could actually make it better if you converted it to a .gif, as I see it is still a jpeg

.tiff images are also pretty darn small, normally smaller than .jpg's in my experience.



That's what I had to do with a couple of avatars and AIM buddy icons
