I don't have big hands but rather long fingers. I find the large backstrap to be most comfortable because of this. The large backstrap is wider and I don't think that I need the extra width. I'm most concerned about concealed carry and if the added width would cause difficulty concealing IWB. So far I think I shoot just as well with either the medium or large backstraps. Any experience or thoughts on this?

I carry an M&P45 with Crimson Trace Lasergrips installed in a CompTac MTAC IWB everyday. The width of the gun is never an issue with concealment, or printing. The only thing ever prints in the slightest is the bottom of the grip, and that's only if wearing a tight shirt/jacket.

Mike, I responded to your post. I like what you did on your large backstrap to reduce the width.
