I love the lines of the M&P so I thought I would do something to enhance them.

This is Duracoat, the filling of the engraving on the magazines is with regular acrylic.

I like the high contrast on the mag well.

I'm going to do something with the holster as well.

Tell me what you think.

Moo...

It looks good for a target/competition gun, I guess. It reminds me of something else I'll never own, though - white leather or carpeting in a vehicle. Bound to get dirty as f__k after a few uses. Better make sure you always wash your hands before touching her, and shoot extra clean ammo with the wind blowing downrange.

I've never seen a gun black/white like that, and it's definitely different, but looks good.

Nice job!! The white is just too much for me though IMHO. But you still did a quality job so you deserve some possitive feedback my friend!!!

Man, if the white parts were OD green, I'd be sold. Nice contrast to show the lines, but WOW. White is too bright for me. OD green would make it look like camo.

How did you prep the polymer for Duracoat?

the work is great
, It will look a little poopy after some draws and hard use, though, I think.

The right actually hurt my eyes... mine would be more like...

white = coyote tan

black = bluish-grey or Burwell's polished

I'd be sold on that.

thanks for the feedback,

I've photoshoped it in all sorts of combinations,

OD Green and black looks tactical but still different,

Neon Green or Blue and Black looks like a poison tree frog.

Yellow and black looks bumble bee or Taser.

This is just for weekend competitions so I wanted to have fun with it, it will probably go back to stock trigger and green and black for an upcoming week long course.

I bought the M&P just to have a gun to rip a-part and have fun with, so far, so good.
