How many of you are shooting in the Carolina Cup? I'm #158

Tell me more about this "Carolina Cup".

It's one of the biggest IDPA matches in the country. I think it's the second biggest on the east coast, the S&W matches being the biggest. Last year there were 250 shooters but it's been cut to 200 this year. (Already filled). Usually draws some big name shooters. Ernie Langdon and some members of the S&W team were there last year. It's held at "The Range" http://users.gloryroad.net/~idpa/ at Oxford, NC.

It's actually the 3rd largest after the Nationals and the S&W Winter Championships. That said, I think it's possibly the best IDPA match. I did not go to S&W this year but these 2 rank among the 2 toughest IDPA match. Carolina Cup could be the one this year to give everyone a run for their money. Well worth the trip.
