Can someone please advise me on the chain of command at Smith & Wesson? I already talked to customer service and their superviser Ms. Kate Fredette without much satifaction. I would now like to go the next step up in their food chain to try and get some results. If I have to I will find some way to get communications to Mr. Michael F. Golden if all else fails. As of this time I would like to keep this between Smith & Wesson and myself. If I can't rectify the problem in a timely manner, I might make it a little more public.
