I am thinking about purchasing a Desantis bellyband holster for my M&P 40 Compact. Does anyone have any experience with this holster? Does the 40c fit in it ok?

It fits.

I have belly bands and find that they take a little getting used to but they serve thier purpose well. In places were you need to tuck in your shirt, and dont have a 'tuckable' style holster, pretty comfy too

I have found a great use for me with the belly band is that it allows me to carry a pistol while wearing sweats or athletic pants/shorts. I wear a "wife beater" to keep the gun off my skin, then the belly band. Throw a t-shirt over that and good to go.

Thank you for your replies. It should start cooling off down here soon so I figure I'll try one. During the summer I would imagine it would be too hot to wear in South Texas.
