I am looking for a Duty hoster for a M+P 9c, Preferably in leather and under $100 if possible any one have any suggestions.. thanks

Do not know if they work with compact but Safariland makes two good level two duty holsters in your price range for M&P full size. 6280 mid ride and 6285 low ride.
