My M&P 9c came with one extended mag and one regular mag. I like the extended mag though as I can fit my whole hand on the grip. Anyone know if individual extended mags like the one that came in the box are available somwehere?

Have you tried S&W? The gun is so new I don't think anyone would have spare mags in stock.

Did you notice the gray follower?....



Have you compared it to the black ones?...



Notice anything?



It's still not perfect, but it's fine with only a few rounds (maybe up to half full) loaded.

At the store I work at we got 3 in yesterday. I'm buying one of them next week. The 3 don't have the mag disconnect.



As for the gray followers. I'm about 99.9% sure that they're different from the standard M&P mags because the compacts barrels cams/tilts downward a little more than the full size in operation.

What is it with some manufacturers and their followers? Not to get off topic, but how come Sig, Beretta, can have the same follower design forever, but S&W and Glock are constantly changing...all my 17rd 9mm mags have the black follower...now I'm gonna have a complex!!!
