I would think Nylon would wear the least... I got leather holster wear on my tennifer P99 in 2 weeks. Ended up hard chroming the slide - now, no holster wear ever.
Nylon is one of the most abrasive surfaces available, a good waxed leather is about as easy on the finish as you can get, some of the kydex holsters are pretty good also.
