Which Fobus mag holder fits the S&W 9mm :?:

I have a couple of the 6909s for my Berettas, and the M&P mags will slide in, but they are ridiculously tight, too tight for practical use. Some sanding or trimming of the inside may help, but I would honestly just avoid using that model number for the M&P.



I don't have any experience with the 6900 Fobus.

I just compared the thickness between the USP40 mags and M&P40 mags. The USP mags are slightly thicker so the 6900 mag holster should work great.

Problem is fobus mag holders aren['t really adjustable, so one will be too tight, the other may be too loose. i reccomend uncle mikes as a cost effective alternative.



If you insist on fobus, a pot of boilig water can be effective ne altering them slightly. You may need to bend in the arches in the mag holders (or some fuzzy side of adhesive backed velcro).

I ordered the 6900, It's for the wife. She tried an Uncle Mikes mag holder with my P99 last fall and liked the sloppy fit, it was easy to draw the mags out compared to my Galco DMC that fit tight. I'll let ya know how it fits.

Go figure, she likes it loose and I like it tight.

I have a fobus I used for Ruger mags that was really tight with the M&P mags.

I stuffed the M&P mags in it, then heated the mag holder with my heat gun. Mags now fit perfectly.
