Anyway on to my question.

What is the best lube to use on my dirty as all hell 1911? Also what all should I concentrate on when lubing? Yes I know there are directions for this, but some hands on people here might be able to give me some insight???? Hope you dont all laugh at me, then again I would laugh too......as a matter of fact I am laughing now while typing this funny question.

Thanks to all that reply, and or give me a hard time......

How 'bout you clean it, and then use Slide Glide or 10-8 Performance Lube if you carry it, or Break Free CLP if you don't.

Thanks for replying choochboost, I have the full size MP9 so I dont carry it. Looks like Break Free it is then.

Zero parts left out, it was a blast taking down my 1911, I have been making out with it every hour on the hour, almost fun stripping it!!!
