giude rods wich is best

Since the m&p can use glock giude rods .

What or the differances between say sprinco and tungsten rods

wich ones work best for recoil reducing and still be reliable?

also can you use a glock buffer ?

sorry about giude rod should be guide rod duhhh
I use a captured stainless rod w/13lb ISMI spring in mine, I used to run it in a Glock but I can't recall where I got it.
Try speed shooters who is a sponsor, I believe they have the rods.



If you aren't reloading light loads for competition stick to the stock spring and rod imo. It is cheaper and your money will be better spent on ammo. Keep away from buffers as they usually seem to make more trouble than they are worth.
