Hi folks

I recently purchased a full size MP40. I found this sight while researching the weapon prior to purchasing it.

I plan to shoot production class in the local USPSA matches in the area once I get a bit more proficient with the weapon. Although I'm an avid gun buff (rifle & shotgun) this is my first pistol purchase. I was at the local range today, ran 150 rounds through it and was impressed with how smooth the MP40 handled. My biggest problem is having half century eyes - that front sight is tough to pick up. Maybe some of you can suggest a better sight system for aging eyes

Looking foreard to posting with you folks!

Welcome from another Pittsburgher

What part of the area are you from? I'm in McKeesport. Since you plan on shooting USPSA with your new M&P 40, thought you might be interested in a new shooter orientation East Huntingdon is holding Saturday March 24th at 9:30am

There's also a good practice session at Pitcairn Monroeville Thurs (except for 3rd Thursday) nights. http://www.pmsconline.com/facilities/range...ticalpistol.htm
