Actually that was a very good article coming down on the pro gun side. The one paragraph that stands out is;
Tragic failure
In general, disarming of citizens has been a tragic failure, accompanied by increasing rather than decreasing incidence of violence everywhere it's been implemented. It serves only to embolden the still-armed criminal who still has his illegal guns. Home invasions are a new phenomenon of the disarmed populace era.
Almost every Canadian I've ever met (admittedly, not many) have been pretty self reliant, industrious and tough people. I have no clue why they continue to elect liberals. But then, I have no clue why we do either? :?
When I was a little boy, I wanted to grow up to be like Sgt Preston and have a dog like his dog King. Now I find that the Mounties are marrying each other. What a disappointment!
