Well I had a chance to hold a M&P40 and I have to admit I was very impressed. Who says polymer framed pistols have no soul! The M&P40 certainly does, it felt real nice, had a quality fit and finish.
I've been roaming around this forum for quit some time, trying to get a little more input about this weapon. You guys have a great forum BTW.
I'm in the market for a new pistol, and I thought this forum would be the best place to get informed about the M&P.
I'm a .45acp kinda guy, although I might go ahead and get a M&P40, and then a .45 when it comes out.
The 209600 M&P40 sure sounds like a good canidate for me.
I do have a couple questions if anyone would like to answer them.
If I understood what I've read correctly, 15rd mags, the no internal lock option are considered LEO only. Is it difficult for a non-LEO to aquire these?
Whats the cost of 15rd mags in .40?
How is the trigger pull of the M&P compare to a Glock?
Thanks, in advance for any info.
