I got my M&P 9 a couple of days ago after lurking here for a couple of months. This thing is great!! I hope it shoots as good as it looks. The only disappointment: expensive and (somewhat) hard to obtain magazines. I think I've been spoiled by the availability and price of Glock magazines.

Welcome. Yes, the expensive mags suck after you are used to buying Glock mags. I think they will come down someday.
