I would take it back to the place I purchased it and have them look it over.
It is my understanding that S&W runs TWO FULL MAG's through rapid fire followed by additional accuracy check rounds. I would be very surprised if one left their hands that wouldn't feed the first round properly.
Someone else may have broken it down and not put it back correctly.
