Yes it will. I have the M&P45 and purchased the Desantis Speed Scabbard RH (#002BAM9Z0) designed for the M&P 9/40, and it fits the 45 perfectly. About 3/8" of the slide sticks out of the bottom, but that's not a problem. It's an excellent holster, holds the gun securely and carries well. It also gives you two choices for angle. Mine new cost $48.95, and it was in stock, no waiting.



The FOBUS SWMP also fits great.

it WILL fit... granted, up front, the .45 will be a bit snug. the holster will break in a touch, and you always have the option of playing with the tension screw.



I have the Desantis speed scabbard for my .40c- my two fullsize guns go well in it. but... the .45 will chew up a little inside leather. no biggie.

I have a Desantis Speed Scabbard and it fit my M&P45 perfect. It's my understanding the 45 is the same size as the 9/40.
