Hey Guys,

I have a new baby on the way, should be deliveried Wednesday.
It's going to be a M&P 40c

I was wondering if anyone know what Glock model the little fart matches.

Like it's big brother, the M&P 40 full size matches the Glock 20/21 for holster selection.

Thank you in advance.

Many holster makers now have them for the compact M&Ps. I have one made for the glock 19 that fits great.
I'm using a "21" holster for my 40c. But I think it's the 26. Not sure on that.

It is the 26/27 size holster. Picked up a Kydex for 12.00 yesterday, don't know what I'm gonna do with it yet but I got it.
What brand of kydex did you get? I'm surprised the holster for a G26 would fit your 40C because my 40C will not fit into my Comp-Tac CTAC that is made for the G19 and G23. No way, no how. The 40C slide is a little too wide and the dust cover butts up against the holster's form where my 19 slips into.

Thanks,

I am carrying my 40c in an Aker IWB made for a usp compact , and a desantis apache anke rig for " most large autos". My duty gun is a USP compact and the 40 C fits in most of the holsters I have for that, except the kydex ones (blackhawk serpa , and fobus).

I got an uncle mike's model 6012-1, size 12 right hand. You do have to "adjust" the screws for fit cause it's too tight out of the package.

For my daily carry it's a bianchi carryloc 82 for the glock 21, the M&P fit's it perfect.

When I had my M&P9C it fit into a few of my G23 holsters, but not the kydex ones.Leather is a bit more forgiving.I use the Mtac and a Ctac for my G36 and love them. The Mtac is definately more comfortable.

Did you find the MTAC much thicker than the CTAC? My G19 CTAC is super comfortable, but the sweat shield on my P239 CTAC pinches/pokes my hip a little making it less desirable. Without a doubt, the problem on the P239 CTAC is that its sweat guard has an extra outward fold/protrusion on it to accomodate the P239's decocker lever. The G19 CTAC has a completely flat sweat guard. I would think the 40C CTAC would have a flat sweat guard, but because the MTAC leather backing would appear to eliminate any possibility of any kydex sweat guard ever bugging a guy on any gun I'm leaning toward the MTAC over any more CTACs. My only concern would be if the MTAC makes the holster too thick. Would appreciate your thoughts on how the thickness of the MTAC compares to the thickness of the CTAC, and if you notice the MTAC more while wearing it.

I think the Mtac is a tad bit thicker but not really noticable.I feel that I notice the mtac less because it is more comfortable than the ctac.I love the ctac, but it would also poke at my side sitting down and driving, the mtac does not.Plus the mtac once worn for a bit molds to the contour of your hip. This is all in my opinion only,I think the mtac feels really good.I am not sure how the leather will be in the summer months when its really hot.Thats why I am keeping my ctac.I think the all kydex ctac would be better in the summer months....I don't know yet,we'll have to see..I hope this helps!
