Does anyone know of any horizontal mag pouches that are available? I would also like to know if you have any experiences with them and what are your thoughts.

I've used the horizontal pepper spray holder featured at the bottom of this page http://www.selfdefenseproducts.com/spray_holders.htm to carry an extra mag. I wear it a 1:00.

I haven't used it myself, but Safariland has a horizontal mag holder in their 2007 catalog. It looks fairly good, I've been considering getting it so that I can carry my back up mag a little more covertly.
