Wow. Lots of officers here. I better tighten up.

Thank for your hard thankless work gentlemen.

5 years Memphis Tn, 3 years as a reserve in a small town north of there.
I am visiting family in Memphis right now. Collierville to be precise. I did some adventuring today, some pretty rough areas in Shelby county.

Ha, ain't that the truth!

I love doing what I do here.

I have seen more in my first year here than I did in the 3 years in the small town.

I am able to get lots of good training and I take full advantage of that!

And yes, Shelby county, is mostly a rough area to be honest....

Where I am in Collierville/Germantown feels pretty secure, but south of here is definitely sketchy.

I brought my MP9 with me but do not have my CCW yet. It is being processed in Florida right now. Can you clarify the law for me? I read that the weapon must be unloaded and not in my immediate possession so when traveling I am keeping it in my trunk. I also read that ammunition cannot me stored in my immediate possession or in the immediate area of the weapon. That is the part I am not sure about. If both are stored in the trunk is that considered in the immediate area of each other?

Just having the ammo in separate area from the weapon, shows no intention in going armed, mags empty and weapon clear, you will be good!

If you got mags loaded and gun in glovebox and mags in door, that won't work.

Just show a clear weapon and no intention on going armed.

Once you get your Fl CCW, you will be good to go here in tn
