I'm a firearms instructor and just successfully got our dept to switch duty weapons from Sig (for the last 20+ years) to M&P40! Great experiences so far. I've owned 3 different M&Ps personally, currently my only M&Ps are my issued weapons and an M&P 9 Pro that I use to shoot IDPA.
