IDPA Nationals - Equipment Summary

2811 Views 7 Replies 8 Participants Last post by  coltman1985
I just received my fall edition of the "Tactical Journal". In it was the wrap-up of the Nationals. There were 9 M&P pistols in the Nationals this year. 7-9mm and 2-40. The only other manufacturers who had more of a single model entered were Glock and Wilson Combat.

Three competitors listed Dan Burwell as their gunsmith. (wonder who those were?)

Blade Tech and Comp-Tac were the most commonly used holsters.

Not a bad showing for our pistol, our gunsmith, and our holster makers.

You should see those numbers go way up next year, both in IDPA and USPSA Production -
I was one of those who listed Dan. He deserves the recognition anytime.

+1 on Dan!!

He's not only a very capable Gunsmith, but's he's a great guy.

He's well on his way to becoming the Top Competition M&P Gunsmith.

He knows what shooters want, and he's ready to deliver.

Thanks Dan, now go to work on my guns!!

I haven't seen the IDPA equipment survey for 2007. How many more M&P's were used this year compared to last?

Thanks
I believe Ernie Langdon shot an M&P .45 at the Nationals
