I know there are a ton of posts out there but wading thru them took me several different directions, none of which met my situation. My specific need is an IWB that will work for daily business casual dress. Untucked shirt is not an option. Daily attire usually consists of a tucked long sleeve or golf style shirt with docker style pants. I have a full range of motion with standing, sitting, driving, and occasional squatting. My prefered carry position is 4 o'clock but I can adjust if it means a comfortable carry for full size MP9. So far my carry holsters have been leather or nylon (i.e. soft vs Kydex etc) but am open to best option there as well.

Comp-Tac Shirt Tucker, C-TAC and the MTAC Minotaur are all "tuckable" holsters. I've used both the C-TAC, but prefer the MTAC Minotaur for comfort.

What a challenge... a full size in a tuckable. I can't help much but I'll toss out some random ideas... How about a compact in a DayPlanner? In my working (management) days it was pretty much expected that your organizer would be glued to your weak hand at all times. There is a guy on eBay that sells a pretty good leather knock-off of the Defense Planner for ~$35, ~$20 in vinyl. A CC Briefcase will hold a full sized M&P and keep it handy at your desk.

I'd definitely go with a CTAC or MTAC which are both tuckable and will be invisible especially with V-clips. But if you're going to be squatting you're going to print just as you would with any holster. The grip on the fullsize is kind of long IMO so it might require a little more care and attention for discreet carry.

Absolutely +1. The CTACs are amazing. Only other option would be to buy another gun, preferably something you could carry in the front pocket of your business casual slacks, which often have deeper pockets than jeans. E.g., a 642, P3AT, etc. If you can afford it, buy a Rohrbaugh. It's been at the top of my wish list from the day I first saw one because of how great it would be for business casual and business business dress.

I have had very good luck with the Galco Sky ops. Even friends that know I carry had a hard time spotting it.
