I just watched a "worlds wildest police videos" and they had a section about K-9's.... One of the dogs got shot protecting his handler and died... I got kinda teary eyed, not gonna lie. People hurting Dogs is up there with people hurting women in my book.

I always wonder if you can use deadly force to protect your dog's life??? God forgive the dumb S.O.B. who does anything to mine

I love watching those shows when they show the dogs putting the fear of god into some lowlife.



I'm not LEO, but i can't resist when it comes to our 4 legged friends.

Anyone here have a Furry Partner in Law Enforcement? If so, What's his name?

I'm fortunate to have a K-9 officer living next door to me with his partner, Duke, kenneled in his back yard. I also have the added advantage that the officer is allowed to take his squad car home and leave it parked in his driveway when he's not on duty.
