Panther Concealment could probably make you one, but they might need you to send them the laser to attach to their blue gun.

I've sent them sheath knives before to have custom IWB sheathes made; it worked out great.

I bought a doubles set, IWB and OWB, from Alien Gear. I also have the Laser Max on my Shield, and the holsters I got from Alien Gear fit my gun like a glove.
