luvmy40's mag sleeve for full size mag review
1st and foremost, luvmy40 is the man. He is an asset to this forum and a good man.
He sent me one of his home made mag sleeves last week and I just now got around to going to the range to give it a proper test. It worked just fine and caused no malfunctions of any kind. The only complaint (from a Glock shooter) was that "it isn't seating". I had no problems but I also bump my mags into place hard enough to make the slide fall. I could sand a bit off the top so that I could gingerly push it in. After this comment I seated it 3 times without bumping it. No harder than a factory mag. Sorry about the brief post but it's getting late and I'm a bit busy this evening. Great product, my only gripe is the flat rear surface does not have the same contour as the rear of the take down tool. That would be the only improvement possible on this piece. I've already submitted that to R and D.

My full size M&P mags arrived yesterday ... can't wait to try them in my 40c and see if the mags drop on firing

By using that does it mean that you can use regular S&W 40 cal mags in you compact? I may be into a couple.
