As far as I know, no one is currently making conversion barrels for the M&P 2.0 Compact 4".
So, I have a 2.0 Compact in .40 S&W and found an S&W factory 4.25" - 357 Sig barrel and had my gun smith turn it down and install an 11 degree crown on it. It dropped right in and fired and functioned perfectly.
I also purchased a Storm Lake 9mm stainless steel conversion barrel and did the same thing; had it trimmed down and an 11 degree crown installed. Likewise it dropped right in and fired and function perfectly.
No more than a couple hundred rounds fired through either barrel.
