On the .45's w/ the thumb safeties...is this the ONLY safety, or is there a passive safety as well like the GLOCK's?

Is the action like the GLOCK's where when you chamber a round, it's not even half-way cocked and when you pull the trigger, it pulls the firing pin the rest of the way back and releases it when pulled all the way?

Does the addition of this thumb saftey give this a sort of second safety.

Thanks,

Thumb Safety

Trigger Safety

Out of battery safety

and, of course the Finger Off The Trigger Safety.

Just as in the Glock (but not the XD), the striker is partially cocked which makes the S&W and the Glocks technically Double Action.
