PHRED Alot of people were waiting to shoot it just ran 10 rounds rapid fire did't really measure it. It handled really nice. Accurate, recoil very managable for a compact will make for a great carry gun

The Gander Mtn add I recieved in the mail today shows the MP Compact in 9 MM for $499.99 if anyone was interested.

I couldn't find there guns on their website???

Anyone seen the anywhere that might have the compact?

Gander MTN has ad's out around here for 499$ also. I called Erie and they went "huh"

Anybody know if the Gander Mtn. specimens will have the mag disconnect or lock?

I've actually never seen one with the lock, so I'm pretty sure you'll get lucky with that one, and the Mag disconnect is easy to defeat, so I'd pick one up anyway.

I called the local Gander Mtn. They told me that they did have them in the back, but hadn't yet received them into the inventory. They told me to call back later today. I was busy. I'll check again tomorrow.

There is no Gander in my area...is it possible to order one from one of these stores?

I went by Gander Mtn. today. They never received any compacts. :?

My local shop got one in today at lunch. I was standing there when the UPS box was opened. It is the model with Trijicon night sights. Comes with 2 mags, one flush and one extended. It felt really nice and I was very tempted. Price was $529 plus tax. Oh, almost forgot, it did not have lock or mag safety, but DID have the warning label on the slide.

this is good news...did it seem long for a SUB?

The gun seems almost exaclty like the G26 as far as size goes. The backstrap is very slightly longer and it made the gun fit more securely in my hand. The grip with extended mag was perfect. I could get all three fingers on it with no problem. I just need somebody to tell me $529 is a decent price for the night sight model and I may bring it home with me!!
