I have a question/concern fellas. what are the requirements for the mag rebate?? I know if I buy one from a gun shop it will qualify, but what if I order one online or at a gun show? has anyone bought one at either of the latter and actually collected on the rebate?? please help, I'm buyin it this week, and just wanna be sure I don't screwed out of the rebate!

when I sent in on the first one I bough online..

As long as you have a receipt saying you are the buyer of a new m&p you will be good

Yup I got mine b4 the backorder of all times so I got mine in about 3 weeks

The receipt is everything. Make sure sure you get one with the date and name of the dealer and you're good to go.
