That first one is from "Firestorm in the Desert (Machine Gun Magic)", from Dillon. Mike Dillon has a number of companies, Dillon Precision (reloading), and Dillon Aero, which manufactures Mini Guns for the government. Jesse James is shooting one of Dillon's mini guns in the second video.

BTW It was Dillon's interest in machine guns and shooting them that inspired him to get into making reloading equipment.
