Check the Iowa state gov't website or the dept of public safety website to see if they list the states that will honor an iowa permit. if you can't find it there, try the equivalent for Missouri. If all else fails, ask your county sheriff.
I know that Florida doesn't have a reciprocity agreement with Iowa and it looks like Missouri doesn't either. Here's the Missouri AG website on concealed carry:
It might be because the Iowa CWL is issued at each sheriff's discretion rather than a state issued license (just a guess). Like Panther said, you can always call your sherrif's office.
You can download a good Concealed Weapon Law brochure from the Missouri State Police website at: http://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/MSHPWeb/P...res/SHP-863.pdf. I found this helpful during a recent trip to Missouri. The only problem is that to get there from Indiana I had to cross Illinois.
