I think I would refer to it as "EXTREME" customer service!!

Outstanding service

I have to add my "atta boy" to the MP store. Ordered 3 9mm mags on the 21st, got them on the 25th via USPS priority. During the ordering process I sent one of the mags to a friend in Colorado and the other 2 to my home address. The invoice indicated that there might be a problem in the billing/mailing addresses. I sent a quick email to the store and almost before my fingers cleared the keyboard I received a clarification reply. Great Service!
