Any suggesiton I have carried Glocks for years and really like fobus for all around carry easy on and off, conceals great etc. I currently have a Bladetech and a Yaghi padle. Neither conceals very well. I also perfer padle for me they seem to conceal a little better. I am open to any suggestion thanks in advance. I have the full size M&P.

Looks like you're an OWB guy. I highly recommend the FBI Paddle by Comp-Tac. Secure, great fit, slight forward cant for concealment, and easy on and off.
