I recently acquired my M&P 45 and have put approximately 500 trouble free rounds through it. I do not shoot it as well as my S&W 1911PD. I think one of the primary reasons is the front sight. It is small and hard to see. I would prefer a low light sight over a fiber optic but either would be better than stock. What have you found available? What I find from Midway or Brownells seems to be for the 9mm or .40. What's out there for our big bore?

All M&P's take the same size sights. The sights you are seeing for the 9 and 40 will fit the .45.

has a Dawson Precision front night sight for a good price. Much better than a set of Smith factory sights. I was thinking of adding the sight with the rear trit as well. Has anyone used the Dawson trit. sight sets?

I have front tritium, hiviz, and dawsons, I love the tritium. they are on all of my pistols.

I have the DP's and like them a lot!! They take a little more to install yourself though!!
