I just picked her up last week shot her on Sat, and I was very happy no FTF at all. I will say at 25 yrds with a Mass trigger it will group but it groups to the right do to the heavy trigger pull.

But at 33ft which this pistol is made as a CCW it works great!!! nice tight groups even with a rapid fire! I traded in a glock 17, which I got $350 and only paid $160 out of pocket.

I have been thinking of doing the same with a Glock 23 I have and get the full size M&P 40, I would be losing 3 extra rounds seeing Mass legal models only have 10rds.

I don't know I like glocks becuase you can do the trigger work yourself and is very easy to take apart unlike the M&P. I don't want to send it off and have to pay for shipping and work on the trigger, but I don't want to pay out the butt to get a nice trigger.

Should I trade the G23???

I have done trigger work on both the Glock and the M&P. The M&P requires a few roll pin punches and some abrasives but zero parts! The Glocks require parts and abrasives!! I think the M&P is the same of maybe a little easier to work on then the Glock (JMO). Do a search for 'trigger job' on here and you will find it easy to follow!!

If you like the G23 why sell it?

Just save your money till you can have both.

More is better!

I'm poor I work for the state, so have to trade it and really I don't use the G23 that much so why keep it when you don't use it.

And with the cost of ammo I shoot 9mm much more do to price and I have always been more of a 9mm guy. Only reason I wanted a M&P 40 was I still have alot of 40 ammo left other wise I would get the M&P full size 9mm.
