wow! what a difference or does he just have a better grip on it. My .40 is soft to start with.

My personal take is that the multi spring guide rod setups do work, but at a price. Usually it makes tracking your front sight during rapid fire a bit harder by making the path it travels more irregular, and increases the slide cycle time somewhat.



As for the meagnetic add-on, I have to be real suspect of that. Even if it did what it says it does, I would just help tranfer energy to the whole locked up gun rather than the slide, and that strikes me as not being so useful in lighter guns.

Yesterday I got and tested the mecanical version of the DPM system on my M&P .40

It makes a huge, huge difference. The percived recoil was significantly lower and my accuracy significantly improved.



The kit came with 1 rod (with an integrated spring system) and 2 main (interchangeable) springs, 15 and 16 pounds. I could not feel any difference between the 2.



A very good addition/modification for your gun.
