My local shop just told me the M&P's are now shipping with the NEW ext slide release

He is getting some on tuesday but will have the mag dissconnect which I dont want. maybe I will have him order me one the way I want it. $475 out the door.

I just have to decide on caliber 9 or 40 :?

Get both! Then you can enjoy the cheaper plinking ammo for the 9mm and the added punch of the 40 to carry. :wink: Just a thought.

yes, but I already have other 9mm's 40 and 45's. I also have my set carry guns!

I have some others as well. My problem is finding the time to get out and shoot 'em. :?

I make the time more in the winter months though.

My problem is I dont shoot the 40 cal as well as 9 or 45 for some reason. they are just not as accurate as a rnd for me, why I dont know. So I tend to shy away from the 40. I also dont like the muzzle flip of the 40's.

You will definetely notice a difference in shooting the M&P 40, the more I shoot it the more I like it, and don't even notice the recoil at all anymore. It shoots softer than any other (and I've had numerous) 40 caliber pistols, in my experience.
