I live in Texas... it has been raining for months at a time... we actually had a kinda-nice day today. Besides, the side on my fiancee's right (the side shown in the bbq pit shot) is my land only in the sense that it is on my deed. It is a "city easement" and therefore i'm not responsible for mowing it. If they want to claim it as theirs without proper compensation, they can mow it.



Also, the ground is extremely muddy, my mower sinks if I try to mow it. It has been horrible rain so far this year.
